Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal information for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also submit an electronic declaration using our website; receipt will be acknowledged in a durable text format.

To meet the deadline, send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences

If you withdraw, we reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no reimbursement fee is charged.

If you expressly requested service to start during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services delivered before notifying us, where the legal conditions are met. The right expires on full performance only if you expressly agreed to the early start and acknowledged that full performance causes the right to expire.
