Tinodi® · Consultation & coordination

Privacy notice

Draft dated 2 October 2026

1. Controller and contact

OMNIHUB PORTAL L.L.C, Register No. 2558584, DCCI No. 602940, Al Khabeesi, AL KHABEESI BUILDING, No. 18-33, Dubai, UAE, is responsible for personal-data processing in connection with Tinodi®. Contact info@tinodi24.com for privacy enquiries.

2. Visiting the website

The server processes necessary connection information such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details to provide and secure the website. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is Article 6(1)(f): secure operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

3. Enquiries and consultation

We process your name, email and message to answer enquiries or perform the contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable; other enquiries may be handled under Article 6(1)(f). Information about your pet is linked to your enquiry. Provide only information necessary for your request.

Consultation providers receive only information needed for the agreed service. Recording conversations is not part of this offer.

4. Orders and declarations

For an order we process name, address, email, optional telephone number, chosen plan, amount and order status. Withdrawal and cancellation declarations are recorded with contract references, content and receipt time. Where applicable, Article 6(1)(b) covers contract handling and Article 6(1)(c) covers legal record-keeping obligations.

5. Payment

The payment provider named at checkout processes necessary payment data under its own privacy information. Tinodi® receives payment status, amounts and transaction references. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored in Tinodi® order forms.

6. Recipients and processing outside the EEA

Recipients may include the UAE operator, necessary consultation providers, hosting and IT providers, and your payment provider. Sharing is limited to what is necessary. Processing may occur outside the European Economic Area because the operator is in the UAE. Where the GDPR applies, the requirements of Articles 44 onward must be met. Actual providers and transfer safeguards must be specified before live operation.

7. Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for its purpose. Contract and accounting records are retained for applicable legal periods. Other enquiries are deleted after completion unless legal duties or legitimate evidence needs require retention. Actual log and service-provider retention periods must be confirmed before launch.

8. Cookies and external content

This website uses necessary WordPress and WooCommerce functionality, including cart and form-session functions. Optional analytics, marketing services, externally hosted fonts, maps and automatically loaded video embeds are not included. Any future optional services requiring consent will be activated only after consent.

9. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability under the applicable conditions. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent for the future. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, especially in your place of residence, work or the alleged infringement.

10. Required information and automated decisions

Required form fields are needed to process your order or declaration; optional fields may be left empty. This version does not use automated decisions with legal effects or profiling.
