Tinodi® · Consultation & coordination

Terms & conditions

Draft dated 2 October 2026 · Tinodi® consultation plans

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to consultation plans offered through tinodi24.com. The provider and contracting party is OMNIHUB PORTAL L.L.C, Register No. 2558584, DCCI No. 602940, Al Khabeesi, AL KHABEESI BUILDING, No. 18-33, Dubai, UAE. Contact: info@tinodi24.com, +49 179 2382 418.

2. Service

Tinodi® coordinates online and phone consultation for pet owners. A plan includes the consultation allowance displayed before ordering, for one month. Consultation provides general information and guidance about keeping pets, care and everyday life. Consultation providers participate in service delivery; Tinodi® remains your contact for the agreed plan services.

Veterinary examination, diagnosis, treatment and prescribing are not included. Consultation does not replace a veterinary practice. A particular outcome or constant availability is not promised. Consultation is currently described as German-speaking. An English website does not itself promise English-speaking consultation; ask us before booking.

3. Orders and contract conclusion

You choose a plan, enter your details and review the order. You can correct errors before submitting. Selecting “Place order with obligation to pay” submits a binding order. The contract is concluded by our confirmation expressly identified as acceptance; an automatic receipt acknowledgement alone is not acceptance.

The relevant contract information is provided in a durable text format. The German offer describes German as the contract language. This English version explains the same offer; any different contract-language arrangement must be agreed before booking.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR. The total displayed before ordering includes any applicable taxes. There are no shipping or setup fees. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion fees. Available payment methods are shown during ordering and on the payment page.

Activation follows successful payment and confirmed service availability. Card data is processed through the connected payment provider. Tinodi® does not request complete card details by email.

5. Duration and allowance

A plan runs for one month from the activation date stated in the confirmation and ends without automatic renewal. Another period requires a new order. Recurring charges are not part of this offer.

Appointments and communication methods are agreed individually. Used time is recorded from actual consultation conversations. Unused time does not automatically carry over. If the provider cannot deliver agreed services, the refund policy and your statutory rights apply.

6. Cooperation and appointment changes

Provide accurate contact information and a suitable telephone or internet connection. If you cannot attend, notify us as early as possible. Appointment changes are agreed with you. No additional cancellation fee is charged without an express basis agreed in advance.

7. Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right from contract conclusion. The withdrawal-information page explains how to exercise it and provides a model form and an electronic declaration route.

Starting before the withdrawal period ends requires your express request. If you withdraw after requesting an early start, a proportionate amount for services already delivered may be payable where the legal conditions are met. The right expires on full performance only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been provided. Rights relating to defective or undelivered services remain unaffected.

8. Complaints and refunds

Contact info@tinodi24.com with your order number. The plan price is refunded where the provider delivers none of the agreed services. For partial non-delivery, an appropriate proportionate refund applies. Refunds normally use the original payment method. See our refund policy for details.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

These terms do not exclude or restrict statutory claims, including those arising from intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory liability rules.

10. Privacy and final provisions

Our privacy notice explains data processing. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. These terms do not impose an exclusive jurisdiction against consumers. Changes do not apply retrospectively to contracts already concluded.
